Frankie Tocco's has been on my to-do list for a while. I saw the announcement this week that they are closing in two weeks so I figured it was now or never. We went on a Thursday evening and had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. There were two of us and we shared a Frankie's House Salad and a Large Pepperoni Pizza. The salad was great. It has a red vinegar heavy dressing with some sweetness. The provel ropes on the salad were the skinniest ropes I've ever seen. The pizza is good. Thin crisp crust and provel cheese. In my opinion it could have used more sauce but I think that about most St. Louis style pizzas. I'm glad I got to try it before they closed. I hope they enjoy retirement.

After several days of perusing the local eats, I found the jackpot! Great casual atmosphere, come in for a delicious meal or order to go. All the team members here were extremely friendly and helpful a welcome change from everywhere else. Ashley was the shining star who quite literally made my day. Ordered some wine and the toasted ravioli to start. Wine was tasty and the ravioli had a perfect crunch and sauce for dipping. Decided on the Chicken Parm with a side of white sauce pasta and salad. Word to the wise don't miss out on the house salad dressing a red wine vinaigrette that is perfectly balanced and will make your taste buds dance! Their fresh bread with the garlic butter was the icing on the cake to go with this meal. Don't miss this place for a delicious meal and the best service.

If you're looking for St. Louis style pizza on Main Street, this is where you want to go. It's a little old school Italian place not far from Llywelyn's. They're running with a smaller menu than what they had pre-pandemic, but what have is all killer, no filler. Appetizers, Salads, Pizza, Pasta, Chicken and Desserts. S'all Good, Man. Historically they could be a little weird and curmudgeonly about hours. Closed when they felt like it, wouldn't necessarily seat you if they felt like knocking off early. Not sure if they're still doing that, haven't seen any of it lately. If you're the type that has to have everything your way, go to a Burger King. If you want some good Italian from a little family joint where the walls are full of pictures of the family, give this place a shot. They have a cash discount, so bring some.

The only St. Louis style pizza my family from Colorado likes! The owner is really cool and we enjoyed the service immensely.

Amazing local Italian joint! Small but all freshly made pasta sauce! Right off Main Street! You could smell the cheese bread from outside! Not overly crowded like chain restaurants in the area. Perfectly decorated for the holidays and good booze options!

We're passing thru & heard about St Louis' fried ravioli so had to try them. They were very good but we wish they had a non-meat filling option on the menu. The real star was the eggplant appetizer. It was perfectly cooked & so delicious! This restaurant has a nice, relaxed, family atmosphere with friendly staff. I'm glad we visited!

This is a solid spot for some really great pizza! They also have some strong AC in the summer. During my visit they sat us quickly and were very friendly and polite. We had an order of the toasted ravs and a full half and half st louis style pizza! Both of these were delicious. Their toasted ravioli was definitely on the top spot for my top favorite toasted ravioli! Their pizza was also very delicious and had its own unique flavor. I am always a fan of some great st louis style pizza with the provel cheese and some toasted ravioli. This spot is a must try if you are visiting and a local favorite in the area. I would highly recommend this place!

We have been coming to this cozy family owned Italian restaurant for years. I swear I've reviewed it before but here we go. Located on Main Street in St Charles it's easy to miss this gem amidst the shops and bars. Not fancy or trendy, just great food and service. Hands down, my favorite St. Louis style pizza. The crust is thin and crispy but has more texture than most of its competitors. The toppings are generous. Try the Tocco's Special and Pair it with salad with the house dressing. The other offerings are equally good which always make for hard choices when ordering. The Arancini are a great alternative to Toasted Ravioli as a starter. The pastas are quite good, primarily because of the sauces. My favorite is Nana Tocco's Fish Pasta which comes with a mixture of seafood in a garlic sauce. The Veal is also excellent. Service has always been friendly and accommodating.

If Frank Sinatra was still alive, he'd be dining at Frankie Tocco's in St-Charles. Go to Frankie Tocco's to experience true Italian food at one of the quaintest restaurants on Main Street St Charles. I typically get Tocco's salad with the house Italian dressing. It is a sweeter tangy dressing it never fails to two deliver. Then it's off to pizza, where I typically get the large sausage and split it. There's normally always some for leftovers. Mama Mia!
